Welcome to Queendom Retreats. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your participation in our retreats, programs, and related services. By accessing our site or booking with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. About Us
Queendom Retreats is operated by Magical Photography Pty Ltd, registered in Australia. References to “we,” “our,” or “us” mean Queendom Retreats. References to “you” or “your” mean the client, participant, or website user.

2. Services Provided
We offer boudoir photography retreats, coaching, workshops, and related services. Each retreat may include accommodation, meals, activities, and photography sessions as described on the relevant booking page and/or confirmation email.

Flights and air travel are not included unless otherwise specified. You are responsible for arranging your own flights, transfers not stated as included, and ensuring you have the correct travel documents.

3. Eligibility
To book or participate in a retreat:

*You must be at least 18 years old.
*You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of booking.
*You must meet all travel requirements, including passports, visas, and vaccinations where applicable.

4. Bookings and Payments
*A non refundable deposit may be required to confirm your booking.
*Full payment is due by the date stated at the time of booking. Failure to pay may result in cancellation of your booking.
*Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted and may change without notice. Once confirmed, your price will not increase.
*Payment methods are listed on our website and booking page.

5. Cancellations and Refunds
*Client cancellations: Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation terms, conditions, and fees apply. Full details will be provided once you book. Certain payments, including deposits, are strictly non refundable.
*Our cancellations: If we cancel a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances (for example natural disaster, government restrictions, or insufficient bookings), you will be offered a transfer to another retreat or a refund, less any unrecoverable costs.
*We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.

6. Travel and Insurance

*Flights, baggage handling, and personal travel arrangements are your responsibility unless otherwise specified.
*We are not responsible for airline delays, cancellations, missed connections, lost baggage, or other travel disruptions.
*You must obtain travel insurance that covers flights, baggage, health, medical emergencies, and retreat cancellations.

7. Health and Safety
*By booking, you confirm that you are physically and mentally fit to participate in retreat activities.
*You are responsible for arranging any required medical clearances and vaccinations.
*We are not liable for injuries, illnesses, or medical costs incurred during your retreat.

8. Code of Conduct
We are committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment. We reserve the right to remove any participant without refund if their behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or harmful to others.

9. Intellectual Property
All photography, branding, text, logos, and retreat materials are owned or licensed by Queendom Retreats. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written consent.

10. Privacy
Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our site or services, you consent to this.

11. Limitation of Liability
*We are not liable for third party services, including airlines, hotels, or transport providers.
*We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, lost baggage, or other disruptions outside our control.
*To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the retreat fees you have paid.


12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
